We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your product or it arrived damaged, please contact us here.
While we do everything we can to prevent damaged items, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order. Please contact us here and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, One Click Beauty will replace the product at no additional charge.
